What guests ask us most
Do you rent the whole house or individual rooms?
We focus on renting the entire furnished house, so your group has every space to itself. If you only need some of the rooms, message us and we will check availability.
Do you offer meals?
Yes. With Gastrología, our catering partner, you can order breakfast, lunch, dinner or a private chef for your group during your stay. The service depends on availability and group size, and is quoted separately. Just ask when you book.
How many nights can I book?

How many people does Herradura House sleep?
The house has 5 furnished bedrooms for up to 16 guests in total, and 3.5 bathrooms.
Can minors stay?
Yes, always with their parents or a responsible adult. At check-in, the original birth certificate of each minor and the ID of the father or mother must be shown. If they travel without their parents, a notarized authorization from the parents is also required. See the details in our House rules.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We are pet friendly at no extra cost: up to 3 dogs or cats per booking, any size. They are welcome in the common areas, patio and garden, but not in the bedrooms.
How does check-in work?
The house is single-story, with its own private entrance and digital locks, so you can check in on your own schedule without waiting for a front desk.
Where is the house?
At Carrera 24 # 3-32, facing Parque La Herradura (Miraflores Park) in Cali, a few minutes from downtown, clinics, restaurant districts, shopping malls and the stadium.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your dates, the number of nights and the number of guests. Fill in the form on this page and we will reply on WhatsApp with availability and the rate for your group.
How do I book and pay?
You secure your dates with a 50% advance payment and pay the balance up to 3 days before arrival. We accept Bre-B, bank transfer and card payment links. If you cancel more than 30 days in advance we refund the full advance payment, and you can change your dates once at no cost. See the details in our Booking terms.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We are registered for electronic invoicing in Colombia and issue electronic invoices to individuals or companies. Just ask when you book and send us the billing details.
Need a space by the hour? The Garden at Herradura House hosts workshops, classes, talks and meals for up to 25 people.
